Track Telecom Usage - Hub setting

Hello,

Our organization wants to track data usage on our iPhones.  Everything seems to be configured correctly on our console, however the only way tracking data usage seems to work is if the Track Telecom Usage option is turned on in the Hub app.  I am looking to see if there is a way to turn this setting on remotely.  I really don't want to track down 400 iPhones to manually change the setting.

Last time I visited this topic, I recalled having to enable it manually within the Hub app. Not sure if that has changed.
