Thinapp packages not detected after changing Workspace FQDN

Thinapp packages detected just fine during the setup process & using the workspace server name as FQDN.  Once I change the FQDN to what was purchased I can no longer sync thinapp packages.  If I revert back to the server name I am able to sync again.

Update - We found the load balancer team did not apply the certificate chain correctly.  Once that was corrected, the thinapp packages started working.
