The DEP token appears to have been deleted or the system is unable to request

Hi Team,

2 days our client have renewed DEP token and its renewed successfully. When we checked today in Workspace One UEM console its shows as:

"The DEP token appears to have been deleted or the system is unable to request the required information. Please check the status of the token in the Apple Business Manager portal".

Request you to please let me know what to do in this regards?
