The Base snapshots that is created during install

Can these be deleted or are they needed in some way?

In the 1.0 release, the base snapshots are required for connector-va and data-va, if you plan to add additional VMs of those types of VA. We use the snapshot to clone and create a new VA. In our future release, we are putting this enhancements to not require these base snapshots.

Ok, thanx for clearing that out..

Looks bad when i get warning that they are running on large snapshots all the time..

So to revive an old thread.  We're at 1.5 and the base VM's were deleted.  Will this cause problems like creating new connectors or upgrading to 1.8?

We don't require the snapshots anymore after upgrading to 1.5
