TAP Standard Support

I am a new TAP Standard Partner. What level of tech support do we have? Is it pay per incident or part of the partnership? Please help as difficult to navigate around the portal.  

We are having issues with the Workspace ONE API as we are not able to add iOS Applications from the Apple App store since 5/18/2021.
