The assumption is when a user enrolls in WS1 they are more likely to accept settings then they will later if something pops up. So we like to configure our app store in WS1 so that if it's already user enrolled, it takes over management. Maybe some apps we don't have to do that, but what I'm wondering is if there is a way when you have it set to "Make App MDM Managed if User installed" that if they reject management it stops harassing them? Also does anyone know what triggers it to ask multiple times? Never really could tell, just know on my phone when I test this the management dialog comes up from time to time, maybe once a day.
