Some Devices Not Checking In iOS

Hi,

I have some iOS Devices that are not checking in. I know the device are ON and communicationg with internet, but the device are still stuck at Last Seen 14h. Even tho thay are on since 30 MIn Ago.

I was with the users and made them reboot the devices, still not Checking in.

We tried on WiFi or LTE Still no change

We have upgraded on our premise to 1811 Recently

Does anyone have idea what we could do to fix this ?

Check if all services are running in the console and on your devices services server.
Groups and Setting - All Settings - Admin - Scheduler.
Also check on your devices services server if device scheduler is running. (you can also restart this service).

I was having this issue recently and found that the Airwatch API Workflow service had failed on my device services server.  Once it was restarted, my devices slowly started reporting back in.
