We are having issues with our network and shared ipads using ASM.. Our network is a WPA2 Enterprise using Radius and AD authentication.
Everything works when using one-to-one ipads because every user approves the certificate during enrollment. But the shared ipads are set up with a staging account and then the students should login with their generated Apple ID from ASM.
But when they are logging in we get a timeout during the logon process!
The funny thing is that if we reset their passcode in ASM they can login without issues!!
Can it be related to the iCloud keychain?
I've been trying to make a profile that trust the attached certificates, but thats not working.
We have a case at Apple. But I wanted to know if anyone else have seen this and have a solution?
