I have configured shared devices for android, using two two OG's under my division OG. I have setup a staging user that log's into tablet on the parent OG. Once that user logs on, I get the launcher logon screen for any shared user to use. Problem is when I login with a shared user account from the child OG of staging, I will not get the launcher screen. I only get Waiting for Profile (Sync or Reload). The tablet will not download the profile for the launcher. I have selected use the latest launcher version as well. The launcher profile is configured under my shared user OG as well. Any ideas on what to look at is appreciated. Thanks.... AW v18.11, Android v7.1
