Sensor data in UEM console for Windows Desktop devices

I understand that you can see data returned by sensors on windows machines can be viewed in Workspace One Intelligence, but it would be lot more helpful if we could see it directly from UEM console. I came across the following article:

https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Workspace-ONE-UEM/services/Windows_Desktop_Device_Management/GUID-...

Device Details > Sensors - You can see data for single devices on the Sensors tab in a device's Device Details page.

I am not able to see this Sensors tab in our UEM console for individual devices. We already have sensors deployed and I can see their data in Intelligence. Our console version is 20.11.0.4 (2011). I have opened a case regarding this and its been a month but I have not been given any credible answers.

Hi harpsingh,

Have you found a solution? Working on the same topic.

Documentation says "Device state" configuration should be enabled, but where to find this configuration?

According to the KB article, Sensors tab in device details will to be available with new control plane.

Currently, it seems to be available only in CN135, CN137, and CN138 environments.
