Secure Channel Certificate section is empty

Hi, just installed a fresh new 1903 console, and when i try to activate Clous Connector, i need first, to run secure channel certificate installer, but, when i'm redirect, nothing appear on the section. Just check OU, etc, but nothing ... any idea ?
