I get this error when trying to access our intelligent hub app on an ipad:
sdk error empty profiles: there is no sdk profile assigned to intelligent hub
Everything seems to be going on to the ipad okay Apps all seem to work etc.
I have had a look at the entries for this and SDK Profile legacy is set to None and SDK Profile is set to iOS Default settings @ Global as per a suggested post on here. Boxes are ticked at the level below global.
Any ideas?

The KB they replied with is useless, they obviously did not read your post. I am in the same boat now and can't figure it out.
