Report for admins not logged in for more than 45 days

Is there a direct method to pull of the admin accounts not logged in for more than 45 days?

The Admin Roles report has last logged in date/time but was broken in WS1 18.11.04.

If it is an AD-User, wouldn't you want to disable/pull that Account from the AD-Side already?

We use basic admin, not AD account.
