I have a pull relay for staging/enrolling rugged android devices (Zebra). The pull relay 2.0 uses an end of life version of .net and i'm looking to migrate the relay function to the Relay Server Cloud Connector.
VMware support advised there is a direct migration path upgrading from pull relay 2.0 to cloud relay 3.1.2. While the the installer itself was successful, post install the relay server logs throw an error "No Relay Server could be found matching your request." In my saas environment, i can still see my relay server setup and as expected it's showing that it's not connected either.
For days VMware support has been looking at my issue with no additional info, so i figured i'd post this here in case someone has had this experience and could offer some guidance.
