Recieving Emails on all comments in all Subscribed Items from old forums

Is anyone else getting emails on every comment of every item they were subscribed to in the old forums since they switched them over this morning?  I seem to be and I am wondering about my email space since I am subscribed to 935 articles and they only seem to be a tiny bit through sending notices

Yes, that happened to me. Was this change to the forums announced? I received absolutely no notification regarding this. I used to get announcements all the time, but I think since VMware made the change last year to their support system, I'm not getting anything. And none of those changes, including this forum change, has been for the better.

They changed it so you no longer get notified on announcements and there is no way to subscribe to them when they migrated to the new vmware platform model as an "upgrade"
