Reached AWCM, but Cloud Connector is inactive

Hi All,

The directory services have been disabled on the Airwatch console. Now when I test a connection to the AWCC (On-Prem) from AirWatch Console (cloud), I get a ' Reached AWCM, but Cloud Connector is inactive'  error. I have checked and confirmed that the services for AirWatch Cloud Connector are in a ' Started'  state and not ' Disabled'  state

What might the issue here be with the Cloud Connector?

cycle the services on the ACC, and then try the connection.  I have to do this often after a restart of my DS/AWCM boxes in order for ACC/VCC to connect again
