Push notifications from the Boxer app on iOS devices

Hi there.

Maybe someone can help us with this issue.

Users haven't any notifications from the Boxer app on iOS devices when app in the background.

So, If the app is open - users have notifications. If minimized or closed - haven't

Android work's perfect with Boxer app

We have a Workspace One + SEG configuration.

Hi,

To get Push notifications to the boxer app in the background you have to use Email notification Service.

ENS will take care of subscribe to the users mailbox and then sends a push notification thru CNS that uses Apple Push Notification Service (APNS).

Do a CNS configuration needed before installing the ENS v2 ?

I am installing ENS v2 version 22.01 but the mail notification service isn't up , I tried to follow the vmware documentation but I think something is missing. The console version is 21.11. Could you please advise me?

Hello,
Do I understnad correctly that you are trying to install and configure ENSv2 on-premise?
And the installation seems to ended successfully, but the services does not start?
I think you dont need to do the CNS configuration in UEM console since the last two ore three updates. Can you see any errors in log files?

Hello, 

Thank you for your reply. Actually, yes its ENSv2 on premise the installation completed successfully and there are 3 services up but according to the documentation the url https://localhost/api/ens/alive or https://ensfqdn/alive should work but it doenst seem to work in my case. Even I tried to complete the boxer assignment anc configure the ens server like described it doesnt work. Maybe there is an issue reaching the cns server on the internet. Can you please advise where to look or am missing something?
