How to publish large sized native internal apps e.g. uploading a 600MB file on console.
Smaller sized files are already published and pushed.
It is an On-Premise standard implementation.
I believe you need to edit the Max file size for content as shown in the following link.

default is 200 MB, but be aware that app files is stored by default in the DB, you can follow this link to change the file storage path to a local file server or so.
