We recently updated to 10th gen iPads for deployment with profiles that have worked on pre-17 iPads for years. We have one 10th running iOS 16.5 and the profile pushes fine and works as expected (single app mode - locked into single app). All other 10th have been updated to iOS 17 and Workspace One just indicates that the profile is still waiting to install (grey check mark).
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting the iPads and disabling wi-fi to run on cellular. The profile still is sitting on the "pending install" grey checkmark.
Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it? Thanks!
