Profile to use Bitlocker

Hello

I appliead a profile to encrypt the hard drives of all my notebooks, using bitlocker. After that, apparently randomly I am having several people activating the blue screen asking for the bitlocker key.

Has this already happened to anyone here?

Is this happening because some kind of software or update?

Hi, 

Did you ask about the PIN page which appears during the startup, this is the cause.

or are you ask about the required of the recovery key during the startup no the PIN?

I resolve this issue by remove the encryption profile and install again, so the user enters his PIN again.

If you experiences that the computer shows BitLocker recovery screen after power on, it means that the HDD/SDD has been encrypted. Once PC hardware components have been replaced or BIOS settings have been changed, all may cause system shows BitLocker recovery screen after power on.  DunkinUniversity
