I've got an issue with a majority of my device, the phone number is not presented in the detailed view in Workspace one plateform.
All IOS device present there phones numbers, few Android phone (but we can't establish a rule) also but a majority no.
Hereafter, you will see two view, on same device type (OS and security patch)
We asked our Mobile Operator to know if they are some difference between SIM card, answer will be no difference.
Any idea where is the issue ?

How are your Android devices enrolled? Android Legacy or Android Enterprise? And what is your UEM console version?
We enroll via ZeroTouch, once the device is connected to Internet
my UEM version is : Version: 22.214.171.124 (2001)
Regarding android version, we are running : 9.0 for the Nokia 3.1 and 10.0 for Nokia 6.1, not sure to know how to make difference between Legacy or Enterprise sorry, but as we ordered device especially for ZeroTouch implementation, I guess we have Android Enterprise
not all telco companies put the number on the SIM card.
check on the device itself if it knows it's phone number (somewhere in setting > about phone).
as a simple test you could swap the SIM cards.
As you can imagine, before to post the question on this community, we tried all the points you mention.
