OMADM Blocked by GPO

Hello, hope all is well.
Here is our issue:

All of the team is kinda new to WS1.
We have enrolled all of our users via WS1 Intelligent hub and we found out that some user paylyoad based profiles are not applying on Windows.
After checking with VMware they noticed that WNS is disconnected and OMA-DM is not opening.
If i go to 'Access school or work" in any of the laptop it shows as greyed out, even no GPOs are applying.

Can someone point me in the right di

Hello, we tried with local admins and it was showing connected and managed by Workspace One MDM but it was greyed out.

In case it helps someone It was the proxy

For future reference, please keep this in mind, WNS services need to be allowlisted in the proxy (and no ssl passtrough is soported by microsoft)

Hi,

What if you logon with an local Admin account to the laptop and go to "Access school or work"?

What do you see? Is that connected to Workspace ONE MDM?
