Hi all,
I need to block email for non compliant device and i encounter an issue :(.
The users use Android Outlook App managed by WS1 UEM. I configure MEM with powershell, define an EAS profile... I verified that the powershell user can execute all the needed commands and all works fine !
When a device is blocked, the device id appear correctly in the ActiveSyncBlockedDeviceIDs field in O365...
But..., the device can always received email 😞
Is there a specific configuration to make in O365 ? What did I forget ? 😭
