Hello, advance apologies if this is not in the right place, hoping someone can point me in the right direction if so.
I work for a software company that produces a mobile app. That mobile app loads within 7 seconds. Except for our client that is using the Workspace ONE Mobile Device Manager. iPads with restrictions from the program are unable to open the app, as it is timing out after 20 seconds. Our development team is troubleshooting on one of the client's devices, but I wanted to see if there were any known issues regarding app open time that we should be aware of.
