MacOS Filevault Recovery

Where in the console can I find the recovery key for a device? I have not found any place to generate this key, even though our devices say they have Filevault policies enabled.

as long as you are making personal keys it should show in the console under the device view, note it will rotate if viewed so do not without reason

Here is our current Profile for Filevault. In Device Details, the Disk Encryption shows as Encrypted with a little key symbol but doesnt allow us to see any recovery keys.
