We have about 150 mac os machines that have an old UEM profile that has now been permanently deleted from UEM. This old profile is preventing new profiles from being installed (Install Profile Failed Error Code : 3 A profile with a “FileVault Recovery Key Escrow” payload is already installed on the system).
Looking at a user's System Preferences > Profiles on the endpoint, there is an old profile called 'Apple Profile/V_5' that is causing the error preventing the new profile from installing. This profile has been removed from our UEM, but obviously it was not properly removed from all the endpoints.
Is there any advice on how I can clean this up? How can we remove this "old" profile from the endpoints?
