we are setting up a new profile in Airwatch MDM to allow to the user in Work Profile (Corporate Phone) to use the native caller over Launcher 4.5
We are encouring to a major problem.
We are able to start and receive calls, but we see only top badge notification and if we press answer button, the call incoming, but we are unable to manage anything and the native call screen is under the laucher (on the background) and we are unable to manager the call.
We proceded with grant all permission on launcher profile and whitelisted all application involved into the launcher but also if we keep only call icon in the launcher we encouring in the problem.
The same is happening also for outgoing calls.
Do you know any custom parameter to override overlay of native calls throught launcher?

After you have logged into the Launcher and replicate the issue, go into the Launcher Settings (gear icon) and choose "Blacklisted apps" from the menu.
