LDAP Sync Does Not Populate AD Users in WS1

I am trying sync up my new WS1 deployment with my AD via LDAP/S.  There is no WS1 Access in the mix.  All my general tests have been successful and I can even test/view individual users; all their AD properties display in the test section as I would expect.

However, the sync process fails to populate the user fields in WS1.  When I click on the sync button, it appears to run as it should but nothing actually seems to happen.  No errors, just nothing.  No AD users are actually brought into WS1.

The WS1 console appears to be configured just as all the documentation describes.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I find 'Sync' doesn't populate too.

Click the checkbox against your user group and choose 'More Actions' and then 'Add Missing Users' (screen shot attached).

Thank you.  That was exactly the situation.  For whatever reason, I thought the entire directory sync'd upon initial connection.
