Issues with WorkspaceOne API Access

Hi

While  calling VMware Workspace ONE – UEM API it is constantly giving {"errorCode":1000,"message":"Internal Server Error","activityId":"b99b9284-381a-4b0d-bee9-b04c9419ee41"} (activityId is unique ID which changes with every call).

Tried from VMware Workspace ONE API portal (https://cn1688.awmdm.com/api/help/#!/apis/10003) and also from REST clients as well but result remained same.

I feel  request calls are successful as there is no authentication issue and also these calls caused increment in daily consumed data but somehow in response  getting this error not actual data”.

Any help/guidance/pointers  will be appreciated

Hi,

have you authenticate yourself against the API and specified your API key? If requests not working (even not on the api help page), I recommend open a ticket as this definitely should work.

Yes that correct I already authenticated for API and specified the API key

Hi,

Specifically, which API call(e.g. Devices V2/Devices V2 _Search) did you try?

In my experience, when request parameter is not valid, the Internal Server Error has been returned.
