I'm having trouble with the Workspace ONE Launcher and using biometric unlock (Fingerprint or Face Recognition).
Although I have created a Profile with the "Passcode" Payload and have enabled all settings from the "Workspace ONE Launcher" Payload, I still get the following error: "The IT administrator has not allowed the use of com.samsung. android.biometrics.app.setting
The need to use the Launcher is linked to the custom wallpaper that we need to have on Smartphones, is it possible to add a wallpaper by default without using the Launcher?
