Invalid keystore password

I am trying to setup internal trust with out Micorsoft root CA and am following the document Applying an SSL Certificate from a Private Certificate Authority. Everything went well in getting the certificate uploaded and in running c_rehash, but I ran into a problem running cacerts. I am prompted for the keystore password, which I never set anywhere, (reinstalled the vApp just to make sure I didn't gloss over it before), and I cant find any information on a default.

I tried some passwords it may have been arbitrarily set to and get back: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect.

Has anyone encountered this or know a way around?
