Intelligent Hub

I have an LG android phone that I have AirWatch intelligent hub on for work email. My phone updated and my email is no longer accessible. I cleared everything out and re downloaded intelligent Hub but it will not go thru due to LG AirWatch service... it says app was built for older version of android and will not work properly. My company says they can’t do anything and to get a new phone that’s not LG. Any suggestions on how to update LG AirWatch would be appreciated.

Hi JR,

Why dont you uninstall the LG service all together? Ill have to find the article, but those services were deprecated a little while ago. Once you remove the LG service reinstall Intelligent Hub and you should be good to go.

Same happens with our VVIP user. once enrolled under AirWatch profile not get deleted. Try all ways, OS update, factory reset, enterprise wipe no success. Then user change phone 😞
