Intelligent Hub error ' fail to get group identifier list' when enroll

The error prompts once I input the server URL and Group ID.
I have multi-tenants which so far I find some works some not. I tried create new sub-tenant also failed. Any people got the same issue before?

Settings - Devices & Users - General - Enrollment - Grouping - Groupd ID Assignment mode -> set to default
