I am trying to resolve an issue with some of our users where the Background Color of the Nav Bar in the in Intelligent Hub windows app is white instead of the color we set in the branding page. this issue has just occurred randomly after it was previously working for them.
It should be black background with white text, however they are getting a white background with white text making it very hard for them to work 🙂
We have done the usual hub repair & changing the background color slightly to see if it will reapply but that did not work.
Is anyone able to offer some advise about how I can continue investigating this?
