In our company we have a device to be added to the mdm with the Intelligen Hub app. I tried to install it with the "afw#hub" count in the google acount form, it tries to install the hub but then appears the message: "The security policy prevents the creation of a managed device because a custom OS is or has been installed on this device"
As far as we know this device probably was rooted time ago but now it is with an official rom from samsung and not rooted.
So, the question: If a device was rooted is intelligent hub impossible to install on it even if it is not rooted now?
Device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 SM-T395
