Correct. The number of available licenses just increases so you can then assign them to other groups or increase the assignments to the existing groups. Since everyone always wants immediate results they click the ' SYNC ASSETS' button to see the newer license count but that also then brings in all of the ' Unknown' apps that were purchased by that Apple ID that are no longer in the App Store. We have a script supplied by support to run on the SQL database to clear those ' Unknown' apps out. I wish they would incorporate that into the interface as well.
