We have been using Airwatch Single app mode profile (Disable sleep/wake & auto-lock button) to run our app into Kiosk mode.
Recently noticed one issue that whenever we try to push a single app mode profile and install the app it got freeze and the user couldn't able to interact with the app (all the UI interactions were blocked) further until we reboot the device.
And this is not something we see on all the devices every time, it seems to be random and mostly reproduces with iOS 14 & 15 versions. So far we have looked into the app & device console logs and we don't have any lead on what causing this issue.
It only happens when using the app with single app mode. Ex: when we install the app from MDM and launces it manually, it works without any issues.
If anyone faced this already / has some suggestions to try out, please reach out to me.
