IOS Application push are taking a long time, at least 15 mins for the pop up after the device is enrolled ! Any one faced same issue ?
WSONE UEM is on-prem 2001 version, IOS 13.
Has it happened for some time? Or just recently? I experienced that before and it was somewhat random.
It was tested recently. I checked all connectivity ports etc, everything looks good. But its just slow in delivering the POP UPs
Are the devices fully managed? If so, how long does it take for a Lock command to work?

Lock not tested. But Enterprise Wipe happens immediately.
Only facing issue after user enrollment, the user has to wait for the app installation prompt
