IDM 2.6 problems adding Third-Party idP

Hi,

in my IDM 2.6 3644744 has problems adding a Third-Party identity provider..

it fails (no matter what values i input), have tried with different idP also, with same problem.

Anyone have any ideas what this can be?

Tried to tail all logs, no luck there in seeing what is actually failing..

Please try pasting the metadata into the box instead of referencing the URL.

Thanks for the suggestion Peter, sadly the same happens.

Also had to use IE, cause Chrome crashes with the large input in the textbox

Is there anywhere I can actually see what it complain about?

Next step is to redeploy the appliance and test.. any suggestions?

Yes, you can download the log bundle from Appliance settings.. As long as you are running a on-prem installation..

Yeah, thanks - but more specific which log-file(s) will output these errors?

I've tried to tail all the logs in /opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/ and nothing outputs as i get the error in the webinterface.

Not 100% to be honest. Might be Workspace or Horizon log.. Shouldn't be the connector log..
