Neither VMware, nor anyone on this forum will be able to help here. It is a business device that is configured by KNOX Mobile Enrollment (KME) for use in the company "UBIS".
If the device was resold like this it could be for a number of reasons. Either a recycling company refurbished the device without checking the device for automatic enrollment, an employee sold his company device, or it is stolen goods.
In any case, the specified company should be contacted with the IMEI of the device.
