I'M LOST AND NEED HELP UNLOCKING AN ANDROID PHONE AFTER FACTORY RESET

I am not familiar at all with Vmware. I purchased a Galaxy S10e two years ago and did a factory reset to sell it. A lock screen comes up that needs login info preventing a new owner from completing registration with Verizon. I have never used any Vmware services and have no login info. I only registered to get help since no help is easily found on the web. Can someone help me? HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN??

For a device to load in to hub following a Factory reset it must be registered with either an Android Zero touch portal or a Samsung KME portal.

The only way to remove this is to find the company that this device belongs to and request that they remove the IEMI from their AZT or KME portal.
