Hello all,
we are currently testing the Hub Services on iOS devices along with the extended features of the Hub app.
When I open the Device Details page in the Hub app, the "DEVICE INFO" section the "Last Seen" information shows "1. Jan 1970 at 01:00". This basically means to me that the "Last Seen" information does not get updated. Syncing (from the device) or querying (from the console) device information does not work.
Did any of you experience this?
Thanks
Hi, we have the same behaviour in our WS-1. Only difference is that we got the message in swedish "Senaste kontakt 1 jan. 1970 01:00"
No fix for this issue?
Seems to be a common and accepted "behaviour"?
Interestingly i can only replicate this with an access integrated UEM.
So far no, I am afraid.
That would be our setup too. UEM + Access
We have the same issue. UEM + Access integrated environment.
Hi,
I have the same problem.
UEM + Access on Prem,
Access 22.09.1.0 with external SQL Database.
Clicking on "Device ID" above the date in the hub app shows error message (system not reachable).
In the greenbox_web.log on access I can see an 404 error on the /catalog-portal/services/api/support/devices/{device_id}/deviceDetails.
In the browser I am getting the same result on this catalog-portal page of access that the Support Center is not reachable.
API Calls to UEM are all ok while opening the page on the device, seems to be a problem in access.
Anyone got a solution so far?
same behaviour on UEM 22.09 on-premise with Access integrated
Glaring error.
Will be fixed when?
We have the same issue with Workspace ONE UEM 2306 integrated with Workspace ONE Accesss / Hub Services 2309. Both onprem.
Last Seen 1970
Device Identifiers displaying "Something went wrong."
Hi,
I can confirm this with same setup and versions on prem.
Is it different in an SaaS environment?
