Hub Agent interface not opening( client not connected to internet)

Hi ,hubnotopen.jpgThe Hub in  Clients didn’t open for devices didn't not connected to internet, links below is opened with rules into firewall :

 

PCs (Windows 10/11)

*.notify.windows.com

443

HTTPs

      • api.appcenter.ms
      • api.mobile.azure.com
  • Hub upgraded to latest version ,interface of hub working properly with Clients Connected to Internet
  • Hub version is 23.02 and we test with 22.10
  • Should we open  *.wns.windows.com
    •
