How to migrate users to new SEG Server/profile

We are using AW 9.7 with SEG Classic  that is running on the same server as the console & device services. We wish to move the SEG part to a new separate server which we have already setup and it is running SEG. If we test the new SEG server then this works. The question is how do we now get the AW server to use the new SEG server? / Migrate the end user devices to the new SEG server?

PS: New SEG server is running SEG Classic as well!

make a new email profile or update the existing one with the new domain name.  On a second note you are going to need to get to seg v2 classic is leaving support very soon or past end of support.  Also 9.7 needs updating

I believe if you have ensured the email config can talk to your email server, all you need to do is point your DNS to the new server IP. Keep in mind that end users will be prompted for a password update on the devices.

It was indicated that the SEG was on the same server as the device services and console (on a side not break those apart onto their own servers) I assumed they all shared a dns name if they do not if the SEG has its own then a dns update could be done, if not a dns update will break all management.

We use vIPs on the netscaler and establish the connection to that and not to a specific server(s) and can move servers in and out of the vIP as needed.
