How to increase mail attachment size up to 30 mb

Currently in airwatch mail attachment size limited to 10MB, But in our environment dealing more than 10 mb file. Unable to attach more than 10 mb. Could you please suggest any solution for increasing attachment mail size

I am guessing you are using the Seg v1 or v2?

This gets into update IIS limits. But you may ultimately be limited by Exchange.
