How to block a windows device due to theft or termination of the employee

Hi!
Im new in this wold and I have a doubt about how can I lock a win device when it has been stolen or the user has finished in our company
I tried to do with and script and new custom profile but I spend time and I am sure somebody has the best solution for it.

Open the device and click on the "lock" towards the "more actions" menu.

 That lock button just does a screen lock on Windows.  On Mac it will prompt you for a lock pin code.

right!!
I need to find the best method to lock windows laptop.
Macos is easier than windows 😞

Any idea about it ???

This button only lock the screen laptop not block the devise

For Windows devices the best way to lock down a device is to change the BIOS password. For this you will need to deploy Dell Command | Monitor to all devices and then configure a Profile to change the BIOS password.

Unfortunately this only works for Dell devices and requires some set up. Not nearly as easy to lock down a Mac.
