How to add a desktop windows app installed in %APPDATA% to Tunnel traffic management rules?

Greetings, everyone!

I have encountered an issue while configuring per-app VPN. One of the applications that is used in our company is installed in %APPDATA% directory, which means its path is relative to the user. Is it possible to add such an application to the Tunnel traffic rules? When I add this app using %APPDATA% variable in the path, the tunnel is unable to locate it on the PC.

Did you find out if this is possible?

We're dealing with similar apps and a regular Windows variable doesn't seem to do the trick.

PerApp VPN, im 90% sure uses paths the SYSTEM can see, this being device based rather then user based.

did you try opening up a case with vmware support?
