How do you power off iOS device when its in single app mode?

How do you power off iOS device (iPad) when its in single app mode? As of right now the way to power it off is in the console. How can I get that functionality back on the Device? Currently if you press the power button it just locks the screen.

You can't.

The power button is disabled on single app mode. There is no other way but to opt out of single app mode for power off on the device.
