How do I open a support ticket with VMWare?
I can't seem to progress past the Issue Description page? There is no "Next" or "Submit" or "Ok" button? It only gives me links to KB articles that are vague and do not provide the necessary instructions for what I am try to do...

I think you have to select a product to associate it with the SR. But it looks like you don't have the correct permissions for that.
I have the same problem, tried to do a demo of Workspace One and it doesn't work and doesn't let me open a ticket. tried to use the chat and they said I need to open a ticket for which I can't do
You should also be able to call to the support.
