How do I find Application configuration for iOS apps?

is there a resource I'm missing that has a list of all the application configuration keys for different apps?

Say i want to deploy an application to a device and want to point that application to our site automatically without the user having to scan a QR code or type in a URL. Most apps you can add a App Config Key in the app assignment area of UEM. Ive been finding the App Config Keys on random forums but was wondering if there is a site or resource that makes finding the App Config Keys easier to find?

The developers have to document the KeyValuePairs if there is an AppConfig on iOS.

Unlike Android Enterprise with the Managed Play Store, the Apple App Store is very much stuck in the past here. Searching KeyValuePairs for iOS is rather annoying and I don't know of any site that collects them centrally.

In addition, Microsoft is not communicative with AppConfig, presumably to better promote InTune as their MDM.

This is the best I could find for various Microsoft apps, for example:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-configuration-policies-use-ios#allow-only-conf...
